With so many links and pages to navigate, it can get complicated and soon you’ll be
swamped with information overload. This workshop teaches you how to maximize the
value of Bizfile for your company!

Course Content

•       Register and use your Singpass
•       Search and apply for licenses and permits info
•       Apply, register, renew or change your business details
•       Incorporate a new business or LLP, or Private Limited company
•       Update latest details of directors, shareholders etc.
•       Apply for CR number (for customs purposes)
•       Change company name, share capital, transfer shares etc.
•       Update company’s principle activities
•       Request/purchase reports and printouts etc.
•       Intro to XBRL and FS Manager
•       File Annual Returns & annual accounts (AGM)

Registration begins at 9.30am on the day itself.
The course starts at 10.00am and ends by 1pm.
