Ms Valerie Lim, Founder of Gateway 21 Pte Ltd

Ms Valerie Lim (FCIS), Founder of Gateway 21 Pte Ltd, has over 20 years of experience in the corporate compliance sector.

She was instrumental in setting up the Corporate Secretarial Department in 1986 for a Big Six and two other companies from 1992-1996.

In addition, she was a pioneer in Abogado Pte Ltd, the secretarial division of the international law firm, Baker & McKenzie from 1996-2000, whose clients are Fortune 500s and MNCs, bringing in millions of dollars for the secretarial practice.

Graduating in 1984, Valerie is a Fellow member of the Singapore Association of Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (SAICSA) and has been the facilitator at SAICSA for more than 16 years, teaching short courses as well as preparing students for their CCP & CS qualifications.

She is also an ACTA / WSQ Certified Trainer endorsed by the WDA Skills Development Fund & conducts regular SCCC talks.

Ms Jasmine Tham

Ms Jasmine Tham (ACIS) has been an Associate Member of the Singapore Association of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (SAICSA) since 1989.  She has spent the past years providing the sort of accounting, secretarial and administrative support needed to help businesses transition through each phase of growth.

Her expertise has taken her from KPMG LLP to Allen & Gledhill LLP, from one of the most respected accounting firms in the world to perhaps the most reputable law firm in Singapore.

Jasmine’s background has given her full understanding of the fundamental issues that affect any business in the critical areas of accounting, corporate secretarial practice and law, thereby ensuring that the administrative support that she offers is comprehensive, reliable and equivalent to those engaged by top multinational corporations.

Jasmine is currently running her own practice, Bean Counters Pte. Ltd., which mainly provides ABC (Accounting, Business set-up and Corporate Secretarial) services.

Group Discussion
