Let me put to you these questions: How far and how much do you assist your clients? What do you do if the client refuses to heed your advice? How do you explain that certain procedures cannot be rushed or bulldozed through? How can you elevate the corporate governance awareness among their directors?

Worse still, did you know there are several cases of Singapore corporate secretaries and secretarial firms that are taken to tasks, and dragged through the legal mud … just because of serious conflicts between shareholders or directors (clientele)?
