With the UEN implementation now taking place, ACRA’s server will be shut from 23.12.08 2359 hours to 31.12.08 2359 pm. During these next 2 weeks or so, it is usual from ACRA to “not impose penalty fines for Annual Returns or other filings”.

So, remember to quickly save$$ due to the “penalty waiver” window period now … and file your documents ASAP.
